"Appa" is a wonderful yacht ready for her next voyage.  Whether the destination is Port Madison or Kaneohe Bay, this yacht can take you there.  Indeed she has plied the Pacific Ocean comfortably and safely and now lies in Lake Union for your inspection.

Upgrades abound including new running rigging, new standing rigging, an Iverson Dodger, new stove and much much more!

Forward there is a generous V-berth with storage and a hatch above.  Just aft on the port side is the head, with unique bunks in a private stateroom on the starboard side. 

Through the bulkhead you find the navigation station to port and the roomy oval saloon to starboard.  The galley is aft of the nav station on the port side.

The master cabin aft is roomy because of its unique design, you can easily walk into the large private head and shower in this stateroom.
