A lot of boat for the money!

This boat has been used by her current owners for recreational daysailing, and attention has been paid to her operational aspects rather than her interior or cosmetics.

The sails are only two years old and are in fine shape. There are self-tailing primaries in the cockpit and the running rigging looks good.  Additionally, the motor has only 600 hours on it.

The interior volume is superb.  With good headroom and nice proportions she would make a fine boat for a couple or a small family.  However, if you are going to do some cruising, the cushions could stand replacement, there is some small carpentry needed here and there, and a good cleaning of the woodwork and new varnish would help.

But at this affordable price, you can be on the water now and headed to the Keys or Bahamas, and then make upgrades over time.  

Standard Pearson 323 layout with large V-berth, head and shower with lots of storage.  The main saloon consists of a fixed table that lowers and makes into a double berth; single settee across on the port; no quarter berth; across from the nav station is the galley with plenty of counter-space for preparing meals.
