The Otam Millennium 65 HT (Hard Top) is an “authentic” open, which means its passengers will spend most of their time on deck. Its sleek lines are topped by a raked deckhouse with three skylights and a sliding panel in the hard top that means it can be basically turned into an open top, surrounded by windows affording 360° vistas. There is a large L-shaped sofa on deck plus a winged table, a bar-combination with fridge, ice-maker, and automatic television system, and the steering console with electrically adjustable chair. This area can, thanks to a sliding glass door, be completely enclosed and air-conditioned.

Aft there is a large four-person sunpad that is flanked by a walkway to the retractable passerelle. The stern platform is ample and perfect for swimming from. It is also large enough to stow a small tender or a jet ski, and lowers to just below the waves too which certainly makes launching easier. There are no guardrails up on the foredeck. What there is, however, is another large sun pad that is removable.

Below decks, two 1,825 hp Caterpillars coupled with Arneson surface drives rumble away in engine room. The guest cabin and its en suite head are amidships – it’s either a twin or a double, depending on the owner’s requirements. A spacious, well-equipped galley is followed by a second guest cabin with pullman berths and the spacious forward owner’s cabin with ensuite toilet and shower. There’s even room for an optional crew cabin foremost too.

This is a very quiet, vibration-free boat thanks to its fibreglass silencers and a stainless steel Cofeme exhaust system which boasts Rina “low sound” certification. This really is a full-optional craft too as everything that is necessary for life aboard is included: pots and pans, full place settings for six diners, bed linen, hand towels and bath sheets.
