Keel laid 1952, British MOD Ham class minesweeper. Converted into a yacht in the late 1970’s with a very comfortable classic styling to the interior. The Master suite with its classic Mahogany joinery and well finished bathroom is situated on the main deck as is the yacht’s galley and Large saloon & dining area. The saloon opens on to the aft deck with unobstructed views over the stern of the yacht. The aft deck has a sheltered outside dining area. The upper deck boast a beautifully finished mahogany bar and a large sheltered outdoor dining area with ample room for twelve guests. The large open and newly laid(2009/10) deck lends itself to sunbathing and entertaining guests onboard. To the front of the bridge there is a large cushioned area for enjoying the delights of the sun. The lower deck holds the VIP suite to the aft of the yacht; there are two further twin guest suites forward, each housing a drop down Pullman berth should 10 guests be staying onboard. All guest cabins are beautifully finished with Mahogany cabinetry, sympathetic paint colours and luxury linens. The crew accommodation is situated in the recently redesigned (2008) cabins at the bow of the yacht.

Winter 2005/6, Southampton, England. €450,000:00 New stern module added to improve the look of the yacht incorporating a stylish swim platform and additional storage. Full rebuild of the original transom was conducted to maintain the vessel’s structural integrity. During this period the main engines were also changed for the current Caterpillar 3306B diesel engines, resulting in the complete re-engineering of the exhaust systems and engine related piping.

            

Winter 2006/7, Malta. €1,400,000:00 A major Hull and systems refit was conducted during this period including but not limited to the following:

Hull planking repairs/replacement

Hull Epoxy external protective coating

Removal of all tankage, domestic piping, electrics, internal ballast.

Cleaning of internal bilge spaces

Repairs to any deteriorated aluminium framing

Replacement of ballast

Fitting of new tankage and piping throughout

Fitting of new electrics to all areas from new master control system

Re-arrange and refit engine room

Installation and commissioning of a sewage treatment plant

Installation and commissioning of new Marine Air system air conditioning units and air handlers

New design and build of full crew accommodation

New bridge system fitted

Full paint inside and out

Various deck calking repairs

 

Winter 2007/8, Malta. €500,000:00 Further Engineering works including a complete overhaul of both main engines and the windlass. The installation and commissioning of a new Kohler 80kW generator. Further electrical works throughout the vessel.

            

Winter 2009/10, Malta. New upper deck laid in Iroko to maintain the plank sizes to that of the lower deck and be sympathetic to the environmental aspects of using teak. Aft upper deck sub structure rebuild with lighter engineered timber beams.
