The Admiralty Harbour Service Launch built by the Admiralty in 1942, which has since been professionally converted to a heavy displacement motor sailor, semi-clipper, stem with bow spirit, transom stern, with centre wheelhouse, an ideal live aboard boat.

The Admiralty Harbour Service Launch accommodates 9 people in 5 cabins, forward cabin with double berth, moving aft to the starboard is the heads with vanity basin marine toilet and shower, next to the heads is the master cabin, opposite on the port side is a single bunk, up the steps into the wheel house with settee/single bunk, chart table and helm. Steps leading from the wheelhouse astern to the fully equipped galley with gas/electric cooker grill oven, microwave, 3 fridges/iceboxes, lots of cutlery and crockery included. Opposite the galley is a settee/single bunk, door leading to the aft cabin with two single settee/bunks to port and starboard. Oil filled radiators throughout. Below the wheelhouse is the engine room which houses the main engine, two diesel generators, and workshop/stores.
