Westerly Corsair

The Ed Dubois designed Westerly Corsair is a well built centre cockpit family cruiser.  The interior layout is practical for both the weekend sailor and long distance yachtsman and the moderate draft also makes them ideal for shallow water exploration.  This good example has a recent engine, Brunton Autoprop, bow thruster, electric furling and more.  It has been very well maintained by its careful owner since 1996 and is only for sale as he is retiring from sailing.

Viewing by appointment through our Suffolk Office 01473 659 681.

The layout offers up to eight berths with two double sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation.  In the forecabin, V berth with infill and stowage under.  Hanging locker.  Opening hatch to foredeck.  Separate heads to port with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.  Holding tank.  Hanging locker opposite.  In saloon, dinette to port with single settee berth opposite.  Fixed table with drop leaves.  Chart table to port with quarter berth behind and galley opposite.  Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven.  Remote gas control solenoid.  Twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water supply.  315 litre freshwater capacity.  Refrigerator.  Walk through to aft cabin.  Athwartships double berth.  Hanging locker.  En-suite heads compartment with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.
