Arno Day Maine Style 'Day Boat'

This is a Maine lobster boat styled day boat that has been lightly used by summer residents for fishing and picnics.

It was built by the former chief instructor of the St. Andrews boat building school at the New Brunswick Community College in 1991; and designed by Arno Day.

She is of high quality cedar on oak construction with bronze fastenings.

The boat has had a number of recent upgrades and it is ready to go. She would be perfect for fishing, diving or cruising.

Cedar carvel planking on oak frames with bronze fastenings; The keel was laid in 1987 and the boat was completed and launched in 1991; self-bailing fibreglass over plywood cockpit; cuddy and cockpit shelter; new windows in the shelter; recent Teleflex cable wheel steering.
