Hinterhoeller Niagara 35 Encore - New arrival

This Is It, is a Niagara 35 Encore that has had little use and excellent care. The Niagara 35, designed by Mark Ellis, is lovely to look at with her classic shear and wonderful proportions. Her other attributes include comfortable stability and outstanding sailing qualities. Her ?old world joinery  interior creates a feeling of a custom yacht of times past. This so nicely matches her classic exterior appearance. The other attribute is the interior accommodations. It is really unique to find an interior design that can boast bunks for sleeping six, a perfect galley with huge refrigeration area, excellent storage, double sinks and counter space. Few lovely sailboat of this size can boast mid ship dining for six, large enclosed shower with a perfect chart table and storage.

The Encore arrangements features a double berth forward to port a seat next to a vanity, and large storage everywhere. There is an enclosed head with separate enclosed shower. The main salon features settees port and convertible into a double berth.  A fold over leaf table with center.  Storage well is set between the Port and starboard settees. The   Navigation area and aft quarter berth is starboard.
