Clarence Heisler and Sons Ltd. built MAHOGANY Cape Island 40ft designed as a family cruiser and picnic launch.
Owned and enjoyed by the same family since new and stored and maintained by the yard that built her.
Mahogany on oak hull with mahogany decks and cabin. Very heavy build and in very good condition.
Cummins V6 diesel engine, Approx. 200HP, fresh water cooled, Upper and lower helm with full controls.
Interior has amenities for simple over nighting or convenience when day cruising.
The pilothouse with lower helm station and seating is large with great viability through large windows. Good sized flybridge with helm controls and ample seating.
