Aloha 32 Sloop

Designed by Mark Ellis and built in Canada, the Aloha 32 is a graceful design with classical proportions. Her wide beam and moderate displacement combined with a conservative fin keel has resulted in an easy motion and balanced control on all points of sail. ELIXIR V is one of 86 Aloha 32’s that were built and is a well maintained and well equipped vessel for single or double-handed cruising.

ELIXIR V combines traditional lines with a refreshing interior layout (with 6’ 4” headroom) and a balanced spade rudder that the performance sailor will appreciate. She has a large T-shaped cockpit with wide combings for comfort and wide side decks for easy access forward. Her layout is similar to her big sister, the Niagara 35 MkI with a salon forward and galley and head amidships. The layout replaces deep, difficult to access cockpit locker storage with a large, easily accessible sail and gear storage area located forward in the vee. Sleeping accommodations are located aft (a single quarterberth to port and a double quarterberth to starboard) making them nearer to the center of the boat for greater comfort while at sea.

ELIXIR V is a very well kept vessel. She is extremely roomy for a 32-footer and is a proven pocket cruiser design with legendary sea-keeping abilities.
