C&C Sloop - Custom Keel

A classic and well respected racer/cruiser, this boat has been completely refurbished. The electrical, plumbing (fresh water and waste) and engine systems have been redone. The Yanmar diesel was removed, injectors replaced, mounts checked, cleaned , painted and reinstalled. We have renewed the fuel lines and replaced the fuel tank. The entire hull and deck areas have been compounded and buffed and the bottom was stripped, barrier coated and repainted. Keel has been removed and has been retro-fitted at Mars Metals. The draft has been reduced by 14". The running and standing rigging have been upgraded as needed. We have installed a Raymarine ST-60 Plus instrument package on pods. The sails - 2-sets- racing and cruising are in great condition. If you are looking for a turn-key C&C 41, you have got to check her out!
The upholstery is cleaned and new v-berth and aft quarter berth cushions were fabricated. The boat will be purchased from the marina. Launching, rigging and complete spring prep work will be done and included in the price.

Large, airy cabins. Sleeps 7-8. V-berth forward, head with hot and cold sink and shower next aft on starboard with hanging locker to port. Main cabin has a port side settee and dinette to starboard. Galley starboard aft with nav station and electrical panel to port. Oversized quarterberth is aft of nav station.
