Newly Adjusted Asking $3,499,000 The Long-Distance Specialist Built on the same proven hull as the 80 Tri-Deck, the Northern Marine 80 Series Raised Pilothouse yacht offers a lower profile and a superstructure that has been extended forward, evidence of an innovative and functional arrangement within. The full-beam master suite has been located amidships on the lower deck for an extra measure of stability and comfort on open ocean crossings. A stairway leads up to the main deck from a private foyer serving the owners and VIP suites. In the saloon, a large fixed lounge to port faces a large-screen TV and casual seating opposite. Just forward, a dining banquette is adjacent to an exceptionally well-equipped galley. Forward and up one half-level, the pilothouse offers an unobstructed view ahead over the Portuguese bridge and generous bulwarks, part of a hull form that ensures a dry ride. The windows are at a height relationship providing anyone seated with a view. Immediately you become aware of the gorgeous upholstery fabrics and furniture together with hand carved woodwork, English and Italian fixtures creating a fabulous traditional seagoing motif. Roman shades and drapery are coordinated and subtlety blends into the surroundings with mullions, valances and soffits. With the blinds raised a substantial amount of natural light enters through the seven tall side windows and the fore and aft doors. The soft furnishings were chosen to create a dateless atmosphere of luxury and refinement. The symmetry of the cabinetry is all carefully designed and executed. The décor is principally Campari red, sable and caramel with a hint of green. English Besselink library wall lamps with hand-made silk shades with complimenting trims add to the ambience. The principal entrance to the main saloon is from the aft deck through a single large Freeman weather tight door. The design criterion was to create a safe, comfortable all ocean voyaging yacht incorporating robust high quality systems and quintessential old world charm.
This is a pilothouse designed for serious navigation. Systems are located at strategic points and placed for ease of operations and viewing. There are both hydraulic stern and bow thruster controls. An experienced operator would not have the slightest difficulty operating Julianne. A Portuguese bridge is forward.

The flying bridge is a fabulous area not only for piloting but lounging and dining. The entire area is sheltered with a fiberglass hard top. Including the center line helm there are three Stidd ultra-leather upholstered, electrically controlled seats. Aft to starboard is a L-shaped lounge with table and opposite to starboard a double settee. The deck is teak. Aft is a built-in beverage refrigerator and plenty of storage. Down just a few steps is the boat deck.

The aft deck is a spectacular area, beautifully outfitted and ideal for alfresco dining. It is sheltered entirely by the boat deck. Forward in built-in granite top cabinetry is a beverage refrigerator, wet bar with sink and abundant storage. Aft is a large rectangular Emerald Pearl granite top pedestal table with semi-circular seating aft and three Summit teak framed upholstered dining chairs, as well as two Sutherland teak Classic dining recliners with pull-out ottomans. When deployed, the Benzoni passerelle entry is on the port side. There are side boarding gates and direct access to the walk-around side decks. From the starboard side is a built-in stair to the integral swim platform and transom lazarette entry. An enclosure is optional sliding into the fitted track for use when needed to shelter all or part of the deck area. The surrounding bulwarks are high and offer excellent shelter. The aft cleats are mounted in the bulwarks and not on the deck surface greatly facilitating their use. On either side are warping windlass. The yacht is configured for a variety of mooring applications capable of docking virtually anywhere.

The two forward staterooms are accessed from the pilot house from a curved staircase on the port side. These accommodations are suitable for either crew or guests. The extraordinary high quality fit and finish is identical throughout the yacht including the jetoba hard wood flooring.
