General Description
The Island Packet 27 is a sloop rig, full keel, and a closed cooling system Yanmar, 18 hp powered vessel. The interior is teak bulkheads with a teak and holly sole, bulkhead drop table.

The vessel can berth six people. Galley has a two burner stove and an ice box. The cockpit has rack and pinion geared wheel steering.

Actual Condition
It is reported that this yacht was caught up in Hurricane Sandy, and as a result, was holed in her starboard aft quarter, with water intrusion resulting.

The cabin got wet and will need to be redone. She sure is a handsome yacht! Her mast, boom, and most of the rig should be reusable.

She should make a great project with lots of celebration during sailing in the future!

A trailer is not included in this sale.

Engines
Engine will need rebuilding.
