New Factory Ordered Boat

The hull is aluminium-shaped. The shell is welded on a mixed structure pairs and smooth. The structure and shell plates are cut by water jet at very high pressure in numeric order, with an accuracy of ± 0.3 mm. Type Mig welds are internal and external. Weld is monitored penetrant.

• plating and couples: alloy 5083, State metallurgical H 111
• profiles: 6060 alloy, metallurgical State T 5

ballast:

• The ballast consists of a bulb 9t lead bolted to a veil of keel forming box in sheet aluminium with stiffeners.

Saffron:

• Saffron is suspended and compensated. Rudder tube contains 2 auto aligning top and bottom bearings ensuring the articulation of Saffron. Jack tiller. Capture of pilot actuator.

tanks:

• 2 Water tanks, with a total capacity of 1200 l, are integral with the hull.
• equipment for mooring and anchoring:
• alu 330 cleats (4 front, 4 tabs at the back, 4 guard stopper)
• double front davit with delphiniere and tack of spinnaker chainplate
• Panel for access chest before wetting
