"I want a boat that drinks 6, eats 4, and sleeps 2". This is what Ernest K. Gann said to Jay Benford (Yacht Designer) about what they were looking for when designing this particular boat. Strumpet emerged from the dreams of Ernest Gann and was built by Jensen Shipyard in Friday Harbor, WA. Designed and built with a sense of Romance and Practicality, Strumpet is a single diesel powered, trawler yacht that exudes strength, sturdiness, an appreciation for history, grace, purposefulness and privacy. Here you will find a vessel that has been constantly cared for and updated. The current owners have enjoyed Strumpet for 27 years, but it is time to move ashore. She is truly a Unique Vessel for a Discerning Yachtsman.

Strumpet is powered by a single 6 cyl 108hp Ford Diesel engine. The engine was rebuilt by Transatlantic Diesel in 2006 and has 582 hrs sinch this overhaul. The engine room is clean, tiday, brightly lit with easy access to all 4 sides of the engine and transmission. There is a wide assortment of spare parts, tools, etc. The engine is equipped with an oil pan heater, and oil change system and portable pump. Engine service and Oil Analysis history is included in Engine Manuals that are on the boat.

• Alternator rebuilt 2014
• Raw water pump, impeller changed 05/14
• Dry Exhaust reworked, replaced, re-insulated 10/11
•  Cutlass bearing replaced 12/05
• Shaft was removed "metalized" and checked for alignment 12/05
• Prop re-tuned 12/05
• Original Fuel tanks were removed and replaced with (2) 70 gallon poly tanks, new 12 v fuel pumps and new hoses and Racor filter
