Teak wood interior with teak and holly flooring.  Electric heating with thermostat.  flat screen tv link pro.  Galley with propane stove and oven.  Freezer. Interior has newer designer fabrics.  

New power Kabota 38hp 2012 approx. 300hours.  Heart Inverter system as well as fresh water cooled generator.  3 battery system
