This is the perfect pocket cruiser!

You have to go to a 35 or 36' mono hull to have the interior accommodations of Little Cat.  Combine this with efficient performance (about 2 miles per gal at 27 knots), incredibly smooth and seaworthy ride.  This is a combination that is simply hard to beat.

Little Cat has been babied and shows very close to new.  She's the best looking ArrowCat out there with her dark blue painted hull, very sharp.  Her owners have done a number of upgrades, including a dinghy lift hoist, custom bimini, drop down flat screen TV, Forced air heat, search light on the bow and the list goes on.  

Little Cat is the perfect pocket cruiser.  With a forward enclosed double cabin, port and starboard pilot berths and a convertible salon table she sleeps a surprising 6 people comfortably!  The large cockpit with stern platform nestled between the twin 175hp Mercury outboards is well protected by the bimini.  Unlike the majority of other Arrowcats, the interior is enclosed, perfect for the cooler Pacific NW climate.  The salon headroom is 6’.  The interior is bright with great 360 degree visibility.  The upholstery is an off white ultra-leather with Corion counters in the galley.  The interior spaces are warm and cozy.

You enter the forward master state room down and to starboard from the salon/helm area.  This cabin makes good use of limited space with a double bunk nestled between the hulls.  The cabin is enclosable and has excellent natural light through a large overhead hatch and a hull port light.  The forward bulk head has a large mirror.  There is a small book case forward and to port.  Under the bunk are two large opening cabinets.  A custom fold up extension increases the bunk space if needed.  (2) reading lights and an overhead dome light provide plenty of illumination when it’s dark out. 

 The Head is forward and to port.  There really are no compromises here with an electric toilet, pressure water h/c shower and sink.

The port and starboard Cabins are just aft of the entries to the head and master stateroom.  These spaces lay below the salon, making very good use of the room afforded by the twin hulls.  These large spaces work well as bunks but also provide ubiquitous storage.

One step up on either side brings you into the salon and pilothouse.  These steps have a clever fold up platform which allows passengers to stand at salon level over the step downs when underway.

The pilots chair is centered and completely adjustable.  There is a fold up partition in the seat that allow the helmsperson to stand if she or he so wishes.  Electrical breaker panels, electronics steering and throttle controls are all within easy reach of this station.  The visibility from the pilothouse is extremely good with 360 degree views and well protected from the outside environment.

The L-shaped salon Settee is offset to port and sits 4 to 5.  The dinette table has fold out leafs with built in cup holders.  The salon settee has been made convertible by her owners and makes into a double berth.  This is also unique to Little Cat.  The drop down flat screen is viewable from all seats in the salon and stows very nicely overhead when not in use.

The galley is to starboard.  The counter is an off white Corion.  A two burner Kenyon Electric cooktop sits center on the counter with a sink just aft with h/c pressure fresh water.  The pullout Isotherm refrigerator freezer is yet another upgrade that is unique to little cat. 

The interior is extremely well executed making smart use of the spaces afforded on a 30’ vessel.  She is practical, comfortable, tasteful, the perfect pocket cruiser.
