Accommodations for 8 Owners/guests in 4 cabins each with ensuite head and shower.

“INUKSHUK” features the Owner’s aft layout arrangement, with a full beam Owner’s cabin and queen berth on centerline with desk to port and settee to starboard, as well as hanging locker forward each side. The ensuite head with shower is forward portside. There is a starboard aft guest cabin with twin berths and additional Pullman, hanging locker and ensuite head/shower, and an identical portside midships aft guest cabin. The forward guest cabin is located to port with a double berth, as well as ensuite head/shower. The galley is forward of the salon and to starboard with direct access to the crew accommodations. The crews quarter are all the way forward accommodate 4 crew, with over/under berths to port, a Pullman and convertible sofa to starboard, as well as ensuite head/shower. Crew cabin also has a removable/foldable table.

 

The main saloon features a U-shaped settee with dining table for 8 t port and an L-shaped settee with coffee table to starboard. There are teak book shelves on each side of the hull windows, and a glass locker outboard of the icemaker. The navigation station is aft in the saloon to starboard.

“INUKSHUK” features traditional Nautor Burmese teak hand rubbed joiner work throughout and lightweight cored teak laminated removable floor boards throughout the interior. While the Swan 82S is a semi-custom production boat, the Owner has customized the fittings and systems aboard based on his cruising experience. Beautifully maintained Swan 82S, which was built for current Owner primarily for family cruising in the Caribbean and New England. Construction project at Nautor was managed by veteran Swan Project Manager- Mark von Drashek through completion and he now manages operation and service of INUKSHUK.

Maintenance is 100% with recent yard service at New England Boatworks - RI in Oct. 2012: New Northern Lights 5 kVA "night" Generator installed, complete bottom sanding and repainting, shaft/prop and bearing inspections, QUANTUM sails all inspected and serviced by Quantum Newport.
