This aft deck area provides al fresco dining for fourteen guests as well as a comfortable and generous sitting area aft overlooking the view astern where you can also comfortably entertain 25 or more party guests. The hydraulically operated tender garage is located below the aft deck floor and the hydraulic crane is located in the aft deck large port locker below the seating unit. Going forward to the large wheelhouse through the glass door , 6 large electric windows bring in the fresh air also more ventilation and light through the 4 extremely large hatches of 4 , the two large hatches above each helm station located on both sides of the helm stations allowing air and light for the helmsman. The wheelhouse also features 2 L-shaped seating units and a large electric operated table for 8 guests . Navigation station is located port forward to the wheelhouse with a large LG display for the GPS ,Furuno Radar unit, Robertson autopilot and the B&G instruments to monitor the wind direction and the depth . A staircase forward to wheel house will lead you into the main deck saloon, an office/chart desk is located on the starboard side of the staircase , B&G instruments are repeated here where there is also a all-in one HP unit for acts as a fax machine, scanner and copier. SALOON STARBOARD SIDE Teak joinery throughout the accommodation,combined with cream colored leather upholstered utility drawers and suede ceiling panels fit in perfect with rich hardwood teak. Teak cabinets to starboard saloon to store utensils and glassware . A chess/backgammon table for two with free standing arm chairs upholstered in rich fabrics in cream color located starboard of the saloon entrance. A large round varnished teak table comfortably dines 8 guests with a round sofa and 2 free standing chairs under a round electrically operated hatch that provides fresh air and light. SALOON PORTSIDE Recreation area with a cozy settee for six guests including a free standing arm chair, a decent size library for on board reading and relaxing ,a 37’ Sony LCD TV with Benjamin satellite receiver also an Onkyo brand DVD and CD player to entertain the saloon guests. LOWER DECK ACCOMMODATION From salon on the main deck, the stairs towards aft give access to two cabins to port and starboard featuring a double bed cabin to starboard and a twin cabin to port with a Pullman berth both with en-suite bathrooms. Port twin guest cabin is equipped with a shower stall with marble walls and glass door, guests entertained with Sony DVD player , amplifier, stereo and Intercom. Starboard double guest cabin with full size dress cabinets, electric blinds , 33 inch LCD TV ,Intercom and a Sony DVD player. Bathroom is to the forward of this cabin with marble walls around the bath tub and the toilet. Wash basin with marble counter and teak trim. OWNER’S STATEROOM The full-beam Owner’s Suite has a king-sized bed surrounded by teak trimmed bedside tables with drawers upholstered in cream colored leather. 2 small seating units on both sides of the owner’s cabin , mini DVD library on the port side with Pioneer DVD player , Echo Star satellite receiver, Cambridge amplifier and intercom . The suite is fitted with 4 large wardrobes and clothing drawers on both sides with mirrored doors. A small library for books on stbd. side by the settees and this cabin is also equipped with electric blinds. A proper size bathtub located starboard side of the owner’s cabin , surrounded by marble walls , a washbasin with teak trim marble top and a stowage below for laundry. Bathroom is equipped with a bidet, toilet bowl and a wash basin in teak with marble tops. Teak safety handles are fixed throughout the boat . GALLEY Accessed through the starboard forward of the saloon, a wine cooler and a large icemaker located on the starboard side of the 2 steps leading you into the galley. The galley is located on full forward beam both on starboard and port side , starboard section of the galley with a corian counter top and a large single sink ,a Miele dishwasher is located below the counter. There are large chest type custom built fridge and a freezer located adjacent to the engine room companionway which is accessed through the galley. Port side of the galley consists of a long L-shaped corian top with 2 large stainless steel sinks and abundant cupboards and storage spaces below and above the work tops and with 2 custom built chest fridges , A Gaggeneau 5 burner electric cooker and 2 large Gaggeneau conventional ovens . Both sides of the galley ventilated through huge overhead hatches that provide all the air and the light , marble flooring and white tiles and cupboards. More equipment located below the galley such as 2 large size custom freezers and 2 large custom fridges and there is Miele washing machine a Miele dryer also located below the galley which is accessed through the companionway leading into the engine room. There are a total of 5 fridges and 2 freezers on board the vessel. CREW ACCOMMODATION Located and accessed through the forward of the galley and another access through a large hatch on the forward deck. The crew can monitor the B&G display instruments showing the wind, boat speed, wind direction and compass located above the TV set . Also additional VHF and a display unit showing the ship’s machinery systems, bilge alarms , status of hatches, and a gyro compass. There is a table with seating units on both side in the crew mess area with large hatch above the table . Captain’s cabin located on the port side of the crew quarters with a single bunk and en-suite bathroom and B&G instruments located on the bulkhead displays the depth-speed and wind status . Further forward are the 2 double crew bunk cabins sharing a bathroom.
