Mondo Marine Custom

Tania T (formerly Zaliv II and Blu Mizar) is a 41.50m motor yacht, custom built in 2002 by Mondo Marine.

She has a GRP/sandwich core composite hull, with a beam of 8.30m and draft of 2.50m.

VAT PAID

The interior finishing is polished Italian briar walnut.

Interior Fittings:

Floor coverings and washbasin tops counter-top. The floorings are covered with:

-              Varnished peak parquet is laid out in (4) guest cabins and lobby, stairs for access to main deck from cabin deck, main saloon, corridor and Owner cabin.

-              White marble with “giallo Siena” profile is installed in four guest’s bathrooms.

-              Lapis-lazuli, malachite marble, onyx with special marquetry on Owner’s bathrooms

-              Vinyl tiles type Ceramiflex MONDO in galley and crew quarters and cabins.

The washbasins are covered with:

-              all countor-top in galley is granite

-              bar tops are in granite

Lower Deck Arrangement

Located amidships, are Twin Centre Guest Cabins each having two symmetrical single beds and a wardrobe with drawers. The bathrooms each have a washbasin, a toilet and a separate shower.

Two VIP Cabins are located forward and afterward of the twin guest cabins. They have a queen size bed, a bathroom with two washbasins, a toilet, a bidet and a separate tub. The cabins are provided with adequate storage space, including space for hanging suits and dresses and storing shoes. TV and radio in each cabin.

Crew Quarters: The crew quarters are located at the forward end of the vessel and they are furnished as follows:

-              (2)  symmetrical  twin  cabins  with  superimposed  berths,  (2)  cupboards  each  for personal belongings, and (2) bathrooms with showers

-              (1) cabin with (2) superimposed berths, (2) cupboards for personal belongings and a shower

-              storage space for  clothes, shoes and  personal belongings are  recovered where possible.

Lazarette: Below aft an area for Stowage & davit. engineers cabin equipped with bathroom and shower. Watertight door to swim platform.

Main Deck Arrangement

Aft Deck: A double hot/cold water shower is installed next to the swimming platform. A rapid connection for fresh water fitting is installed at the fore end. Lateral corridor lighting from the ceiling where possible on the aft deck there is a table and seating area provided. Two stairways (port and starboard) lead to the upper deck.

Saloon: Access to saloon throughout electric powered stainless steel sliding aft door. Inside are two sofas, one smoke tables and two armchairs. The curtain bays are as large as possible to give maximum natural lighting and enlarge the feeling of space.

The Dining Room is located forward of saloon and contains a wooden dining table seating for 12 people with suitable furniture for storage of dishes, etc.

The Main Deck Lobby is located on the starboard side of the main deck. The dining room/saloon is connected to the galley.

The Deck Day Toilet is located on the starboard side of the main entrance. A toilet and washbasin is provided.

Owner Cabin: The Master Stateroom, located forward of the lobby, and has a king-sized bed, a make-up table with chair and a small settee. To starboard there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi, toilet, washbasin and bidet. To port is a second bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Furniture is Marble, Malachite, and Lapis Lazuli. On the forward part of the cabin there is a large dressing room. A safe with a key is concealed within this closet. At the entrance of this area is an owner’s private office with desk and a chair.

Upper Deck

Al Fresco Dining on the Aft upper deck with a big table in teak with chairs is provided together with teak deck chairs.

Forward is the Sky Lounge with one ½ circle sofa and two armchairs with one table, there is small cabinets on the side. On port side is a bar provided with sink, refrigerator and cabinets underneath.

The Captain’s Cabin is aft of the entrance from wheelhouse and features a double bed, one cabinet for clothes, one table with loose chair, bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.

Wheelhouse:  The  wheelhouse  has  a  dashboard  containing  all  the  navigation,  communication instruments and the main engine commands and controls. Chart table on the starboard side of the wheel. A sofa is fitted on the back of the helmsman position.

Flying Bridge

A round shaped Jacuzzi bath is placed on the Fwd area with sun cushions on both sides. Two settees are positioned on each side including a small coffee table. An equipped bar is provided. It has a dining area with a table and a sofa with loose folding chairs. The side furniture contains storage space for crockery. An electric Bimini top is fitted for the dining area. On the aft area is a seat for a tender provided with 5.5 mt. (18 ft) length and wave runner with the davit.
