Navigation and communication: 1 Radar equipment It shall be installed a Raymarine 5S-HD radar, model RA1048D, 4kw, 48’’ Digital Open Array Antenna; 2 GPS system It shall be installed a RAYSTAR 125 PLUS GPS; charts shall be chosen and supplied by the owner 3 AIS system It shall be Raymarine AIS500-Class B, contain Transceiver and GPS Receiver and antenna. 4 Digital Sounder module Raymarine DSM300 digital sounder module, with B744v TH bronze dst transducer 600w (DEPTH/SPEED/TEMPERATURE 3 in 1 600w transducers) shall be installed as well. 5 Speed log It shall be Raymarine ST70 speed log and B120 LP TH bronze ST transducer. All datas can be share thru network and instruments& displays. 11. COMMUNICATION SYSTEM The equipment will comply with the Flag Authority requirements. The location of the communications devices will be indicated by the Builder and by the equipment’s manufacturer. All controls and switches of above mentioned equipment to be easy reachable. The following equipment, or an equivalent brand, will be installed. 1 VHF It will be installed a Raymarine RAY55 VHF RADIO, Raymic 2ND Station INC 10m cableray 218/55, complete with a transceiver unit with handset and bracket, and two McMurdo, R2 Handheld GMDSS VHF Radios. One 6db VHF Antenna with Rachet Mount. 2 SART McMurdo, S4 SART will be installed. 3 EPIRB McMurdo, E5 EPIRB will be carried. 12.

SAFETY AND SHIP SYSTEM 1 Rudder steering system Steering can be done as follows: - hand steering normal operation from wheelhouse and flying bridge; - automatic pilot to be settled on wheelhouse and flying bridge; - hand steering in emergency operation in the Lazarette . Rudder’s engine start/stop switches will be placed in the wheelhouse and in the rudders pumps compartment(if it is a electric power system). The system shall be “Follow up” type, with possibility of exclusion of the follow up option. From the command stations (wheel house, flying bridge) shall be controlled the position of rudder blades by a rudder angle indicators that will be placed in the wheelhouse and in both outside steering position; same indication will be given to the autopilot. Emergency steering station in garage shall be able to work also in a complete electric power black out, it shall be complete with a mechanic rudder angle indicator, with a magnetic compass and with a voice connection to/from wheel house. 1.1 Autopilot A Raymarine ST70 color Autopilot head and SPX30 Smartpilot core pack & T3 hydraulic pump (24v) shall be installed, in the wheel house with remote control on the flying bridge; it shall have data from GPS and from the magnetic compass. It will be connected with the steering system control unit and with the rudder angle indicator. The magnetic compass shall be Sperry Marine Jupiter or similar 2 Main Engines controls A remote control system Rexroth or similar with controls in the wheel house and on bridge wings will be supplied. All the significant data of engines, as: - RPM - Oil temperature - Water temperature - Oil pressure - Exhaust gas temperature - Alternators Voltage and Amperage All the data shall be shown on one dedicated monitors in the wheel house, and on the engine supply monitor on the flying bridge Start and stop of the engines shall be possible only from the wheel house and from the engine room. Emergency stop of engines shall be possible also from the flying bridge stations, where a emergency stop red button shall be placed. 3 Remote level indicators Into every tank will be installed a remote level indicator. All signals shall be sent and shown on a monitor in the wheel house. On the monitor shall be represented each tank with the visual level and the numeric indication of the content. 4 Smoke and fire detectors A complete fire detection system, with visible and acoustic alarm, will be installed in the wheelhouse. Crew, galley, laudry: 2 Laundry The laundry, located in the crew area compartment, as shown in the G.A., will be provided with one washing machine 5 kilograms and one dryer machine same capacity All the finishing shall be at the same crew area standard. 3 Galley In general, the galley layout will be that of a built in house galley and as shown in the general arrangement One stainless steel hood will be installed, with high forced air extraction, in order to avoid any smell going in the accommodations. A wooden trencher shall be fit on the worktop of the kitchen; the work top shall be in corian with colour according to the owner’s choice. Cupboards with shelves will be installed above and under the working bench as per galley layout; all usable space in cupboards will be maximized as much as possible Drawers for cutlery etc. with dividing walls etc will be installed as necessary The following equipments will be installed: - 1 cooking hot plates - 1 grill - 1 hood - 1 oven - 1 microwave oven - 1 dishwasher - 2 Stainless steel 280 liters fridge/freezers with drawers and cold drink dispenser - 1 coffee machine in the galley - 1 icemaker in the salon - 1 fridge in the salon All the appliances shall be of well known brands. In the galley area shall be inserted the crew mess, with sofa for six people, table, hi-fi and TV set. All the galley and crew mess area shall be properly air conditioned. One others ice maker shall be provided in the flying bridge bar.
