Hunter 380

The Hunter 380 offers truly exceptional space and volume throughout for a 38 footer. Being a 2000 model, 1999 build, ‘Maybird II’ benefits from construction techniques and quality that later models did not which consequently made this model very popular indeed. Practicalities, comfort and a most reasonable sailing performance are also attributes of the Hunter 380.

‘Maybird II’ has just received many new upgrades such as brand new Doyle sails, all new interior upholstery throughout, new flush fixed side windows, new chartplotter, VHF and all new cabin sole to mention a few. Engine and generator all serviced too.

Her owner is motivated and would like her sold this season.

Double berth in salon 

Starting forward in the cabin is a double V berth bed with hanging locker to port and hand basin  with mirror and vanity to starboard.  There are cubbie holes under the bunk for additional storage.

Aft of the forward cabin is the main salon with a linear settee to port and C shaped settee surrounding the dining table opposite to starboard.  Both have shelved units above the settee for ample storage and a small cupboard forward outboard.  Aft of the dining area to port is the aft facing navigation station, which uses the linear settee for a seat.  Opposite to starboard is the L shaped galley with sinks forward inboard followed by the fridge/freezer unit with ample work surface above followed by the stove most aft.

Further aft of the main salon to port is the head, which includes a large vanity with double size Corian counter top, toilet and interior shower area. The head can be accessed by the main salon or the aft cabin.

The aft cabin is an athwartship queen berth, which has a hanging locker port forward followed by extra seating, and an additional hanging locker to starboard.
