Catalina 310 - Mara Stella

    This shoal draft cruiser/racer is clean and has been very well maintained. The Catalina 310 incorporates big boat features into a 31 ft. boat.. She offers a unique layout featuring a very large cockpit and two private sleeping cabins below. Another unique feature is the interchangeable cocktail and dinette table in the salon. Full electronics, Universal diesel, electric anchor windlass, dutchman system, furling jib and more. All lines led aft for easy short handed sailing.  A great weekender for one or two couples or family cruising.

 The Catalina 310 offers cruising comfort above and below decks Above decks she features a very large, comfortable cockpit with seating for 6 adults. Dodger, bimini and connector w/window protector panels. Full cockpit cushions, popular stern rail seats, high coamings, walk-thru transom, large storage lockers, folding cockpit table. Everything is within easy reach of the helm for solo sailing. Going forward is safe and easy with wide side decks. The bow features a large anchor locker with electric windlass and a bow roller.

Below decks the 310 offers a very comfortable cruising interior. She features a roomy salon with interchangable dinette and cocktail tables, "L" shaped port settee and a bench style starboard settee. The galley is aft to starboard and offers top and front loading Adler Barbour refrigerator/freezer, propane stove/oven, hot & cold pressure water system, stainless sink. The unique forward master cabin offers a large, island double bed with innerspring mattress and lots of storage. An overhead hatch and a unique sliding bulkhead "window" create a very open, airy feel. All the way aft is an open, athwart ships aft double. The Head is aft to port and  has electric flush toilet, sink, vanity, storage and separate shower enclosure.
