The star of last year's Cannes Boat Show. Finalist this year at both the SHOWBOATS DESIGN AWARDS and the auspicious WORLD SUPERYACHT AWARDS, the 35 metre C115 motor-sailer series from acclaimed Polish shipbuilders CONRAD offers space, eye-catching design and superior construction quality with superb performance.

Designed by renowned German designers Newcruise Hamburg, personally by Newcruise's former principal designer Frank Neubelt with engineering and naval architecture carried out by Dutch studio Vripack and Conrad's own professional design team, the stunning new C115 series sleeps up to eight guests on the lower deck in a full-beam Master Suite and three twin cabins, all with Pullmans and all convertible into doubles and offers a vast amount of volume for owner and guests.

"This series offers clean modern designs which utilise a stunning amount of new technology," explains YPI Broker for the series, Mike Rich. "She boasts some clever features such as the pool on the foredeck which also doubles up as the berth for the main tender when underway.

"LUNAR is ketch-rigged with hydraulically powered sails and Lorima carbon masts and enjoys the power and performance of twin 725hp Caterpillar C-18 engines giving a top speed of 14 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a possible transatlantic range."

Built to a fully MCA compliant design, LUNAR is the first of the new C115 series, a series which is now exclusively for sale through YPI.

"For buyers in search of a spacious, luxurious yacht that genuinely combines the best of the sailing and motoring experience, the new C115 range from Conrad has to be seen."

  1. THE HULL

  1. GENERAL REMARKS

Aluminum used for construction of CONRAD 115 vessel is the highest quality material from European mills. Hull construction is made by skilled employees with proper qualifications and under supervision of classification society.

Whole aluminum construction is sandblasted from outside and inside in paint application areas: forepeak, aft peak and bilges up to internal bottom height in engine room compartment.

  1. HULL LINES

Round bilge hull with short overhangs and flattened wide transom. High cylindrical coefficient and centre of buoyancy well aft contributing to good performance, particularly down the wind sailing.

  1. HULL CONSTRUCTION

The hull structure built of 5083 H111 aluminium alloy welded, 5083 H321 alloy used for shall plating and areas where higher strength parameters are required. Extruded aluminium profiles of 6082-T6 alloy. Main stiffeners in mixed system based on transverse frames supporting longitudinals. Transverse frames in way of masts have been strengthened. Bow section separated with a collision bulkhead. Engine room situated under the living room, separated with watertight bulkheads. Hull equipped with integral tanks: fuel oil (9 units), fresh water (2 units), sewage (2 units). Tank interior construction is executed in such a way that any liquids run freely to the deepest point. Tanks are equipped with manholes and proper connections. The hull has been divided into five watertight compartments.

  1. FIXED BALLAST

Integrally welded with hull construction ballast keel has been used.

  1. DECK CONSTRUCTION

The deck structure of 5083 aluminium alloy, welded. Mixed framing system is applied. The transverse beams situated at every frame and supported with deck girders and pillars. In way of masts the deck plating and framing have been strengthened.

  1. SUPERSTRUCTURE

Superstructure is completely welded of 5083 aluminium, integral with aluminium deck structure.

  1. STEERING
