An attractive, fast, comfortable wood vessel for short-handed sailing anywhere, Gemervescence is a much loved vessel owned by one family since build. In Columbian pine / mahogany on laminated mahogany frames with teak decks throughout and American oak interior and ash cabin top and chestnut / holly cabin sole, she has recently been restored by three highly skilled wood craftsmen (Roger Maund, Lee Woodford and Glenn Courage) working full time for six months from 1st October 2012 to March 2013. The wood craftsmens’ photographs showing the restoration are available. She is in exceptional condition and in all respects ready to go to sea.

Accommodation: Spacious and well lit (with good hand holds throughout) and privacy for forward and aft cabins. Large easily worked navigation table and fully fitted galley with spacious tiled work surface and fiddles. Double berth aft, two berth forward (with infill and chain hose pipe!), three berths plus child’s berth in main saloon. Eight berths in all. New larger centre hatch, fitted 2013.
