Westerly Kendal

The Westerly Kendal was a fin keeled version of the Westerly Pageant. 2 were built in 1976 and a further 4 were built in 1977 to which this model is believed to belong to. She is in need of some proper TLC and requires a good clean and polish to the exterior and a deep clean below. With a bit of hard work you will have a super little craft that sails very well indeed with a volume of accommodation that belies her size.

GRP constructed yacht built in heavy lay up to a Laurent Giles design. The boat has a green hull which although heavily oxidised should come back to a good lustre. deep cockpit with stainless steel protective rails to keep the crew safe. Large accommodation deck makes the side decks slightly narrow but the handily placed grab handles make going forward easy and is worth putting up with for the volume below decks. Working foredeck with anchor locker.

Stub fin keel giving a draft of 4 feet making the exploration of our coastline safe. This keel also gives better upwind performance. Tiller steering.
