1985 Watkins 29 This fine vessel is solidly built, roomy and sails great. Watkins were quality built in Florida and offer a great value over more well known, but lesser quality vessels. New autopilot, and wheel steering. this boat is an incredible deal. She has a fiberglass floor with teak and holly inlaid panel. There is built-in storage everywhere! And there is lots of light and ventilation with lots of opening hatches and 8 opening ports with accordian style blinds for privacy. There is a vee berth forward with a roomy berth, hanging locker and plenty of storage for your gear. There are built in shelves along both sides for your nighttime accessories. Access to the anchor locker is in the forward corner. Storage is under the berth. Overhead is a large hatch for light and ventilation. The roomy head is next aft to port. She has hot and cold water, a shower with a sump, lots of storage, an overhead hatch and an opening port for light and ventilation. Next aft is the salon with a settees to port and starboard with a dining table with a drop leaf, which folds down from the forward bulkhead. The port settee slides out to form a double berth for additional guests. There are storage racks neatly hidden behind the table when it is in the folded up position for plates and cups.. There is storage behind both settees and in storage cabinets built in on both sides of the salon. Aft on starboard is the galley.
