1999 Contender (LOADED!) FOR QUESTIONS CONTACT: Ryan 732.547.2633 or kooy31@gmail.com This is a 1999 31 Contender Fisharound powered by twin 2nd generation Mercury Verado 300HP. POWER Two 300 HP Mercury Verados Installed 2012 with all updates completed. Heavy Duty lower units installed. New REV4 four blade propellers installed at time of repower. Updated power steering at the time of repower. 2008 Motors were purchased from Miami dealer with warranty and under 20 Hours on them. All new rigging/gauges/power cables installed at time of repower. Mercury dealer maintained. 300 hour service completed by dealer(water pumps, t-stats, fuel filters, etc.) when winterized. Boat is ready for Spring delivery. FUEL Standard 240 gallons (45/saddle and 150 Center) Custom Auxiliary 55 Gallon Fuel tank in Leaning Post. Total Fuel 295 gallons. In 2006 tanks were visually inspected and tested. At time of repower (2012) new stainless valves and stainless fuel/water separator housings were installed. The stock fiberglass unit on the port side has been removed and is being replaced with a fiberglass cooler/storage unit. A storage space has been added below and is currently used for PFD storage(very accessible location). The refrigerator has been removed and a custom 4 drawer cabinet has been installed to hold fishing tackle or whatever you choose. Performance is good at approximately 1.1-1.4 nautical miles per gallon (approximately 28-32 kts). WOT is approximately 43 knots. Boat was kept in a covered slip from 2006 through 2008.
