Project Boat priced to move quickly!

"Monana Kai" is currently on the hard and is ready to be put back together.  She has a beautiful awlgrip hull.  Teak decks were removed and deck painted.  New portlights installed.  She needs the following commissioning completed and she will be ready to go.

• Stanchions and lifelines re-installed
• Bow-sprit  and bow rail installed
• Standing rigging rigged and installed including mast
• Ceiling work in the interior
• Bottom Painted and Launched
• Coach roof handrails required plus installation
• Install new galley foot pump and electric pump on the boat but not installed

This can be a beautiful boat that has had the basic repair done to it.  Owners health prevents the continued completion and use.
