Modified to be a commercial workboat. Many features can be customized to suit the new owners desire.  The hull is solid. . Lots of parts to finish are available and included (thruhulls, etc). The galley is unfinished since owner never intended to have one. Head area is unfinished except for the vanity. The yard is a Do It Yourself Yard but will contract skilled work. Overall height of boat for overland transport is 13' Thru hulls must be installed before vessel can be launched. Boat is USCG documented.
