Nice used 27 with straight inboards that has been used primarily for cruising since I repowered it in 2010. Mercruiser 5.0 MPI's with approximately 800 hours on port and 200 hours on stb since a new long block was installed. Volvo transmissions are original and shift well. Many items were replaced in 2010 along with the bilge being painted.

Electronics include a 2005 Northstar 6000i 12", Dual Standard Horizon VHF's, Raytheon autopilot (not connected to the GPS), and aFusion stereo with 3 amps 3 10" JL Audio Subs and 10 JL Audio 7.7" speakers.

I removed the windshield and had custom canvas made (I still have the windshield), I removed the outriggers and bases but still have both (the outrigger poles arre not in good condition), I have the original Albemarle fishbox for the rear, the cushions in the cabin were replaced in 2010 and I removed the carpet and have not installed any floor covering.

The boat is in overall good condition, Oil, filters and gear oil were recently changed.

Front Eisenglass will need to be replaced, it has a tear in the stb side zip up part and one in the port side next to the tower leg

Cabin is not the cleanest, more of a junk hold for me. it will need to be spruced up if you plan to sleep in it.

The boat could use a good compounding and waxing, but is mechanically very sound. THE HULL IS 21 YEARS OLD

Port transmission is leaking and making noise when it is put into gear, but shift perfectly (appears to be a bad bearing). Also included in the sale will be an extra transmission that shifts OK but also makes noise when put into gear.
