C&C 35 Mk 1 - Priced to sell!

This two-owner yacht has been optimized for non-spinnaker day racing (up to 40 miles) and has been very successful with a PHRF rating of 129.  The year of 2012 capped a three-year campaign during which SNOW GOOSE finished first in division for those three years in weekday evening competition at two separate YRA's.  In addition, SNOW GOOSE has been awarded the YRA of LIS King's Point Trophy 10 times, signifying the best season's performance by a non-spinnaker yacht rating faster than PHRF 135.  The yacht was not commissioned in 2013-14 due to the owner's illness. 

     Chain locker forward, followed by a large V-berth.  There is a holding tank and storage under the V-berth, shelves over port and starboard, drawers and lockers just aft of the berths.  Aluminum and acrylic hatch overhead.  Hanging locker to starboard in the passageway with toilet compartment to port, with marine toilet, sink, hamper and lockers.  There is a solar-powered ventilator in the head cabintop.

     The main cabin has a U-shaped dinette to port, with a table that lowers to form a double berth.  To starboard is a settee berth with storage under.  Several pieces of upholstery are missing.  Sliding door lockers are outboard both P & S.  There is an aluminum and acrylic hatch on centerline. 

     Aft to port is a large quarterberth, the forward end serving as the seat for the generous hinged-top charttable.  To starboard is the galley, with a gimbaled single-burner butane stove, icebox and sink w/ pressure water.  (The galley was originally fitted with a 3-burner stove w/oven which could be re-fitted and the plumbing is still installed to restore a hotwater heater, which were removed to reduce weight for racing).
