"Kelly" is a 35' Sail Craft Cherokee Catamaran built in Essex, U.K. Designed and built by Rod Macalpine Downie for Sail Craft of England. This designer-builder team is acknowledged throughout the world as leaders in catamaran cruisers. Other models you may also remember from this company over the years include the Apache & Navaho. "Kelly" really needs to be viewed in person to understand just how much bigger she is than most all other 35' Cats. Blunt fixed keel port & starboard located just aft of mid-ship, rudders are skeged for strength. At 3' 6" on the draft she can sneak up to any coast line you wish to visit. Heavy fiberglass layup, generous free board walk around decks, forward  trampoline.

40HP Volvo 4 Cyl D-2 40 diesel "new" in 2007 with 210 hours. Volvo Hydraulic pump driving twin transmissions for port & starboard propulsion.

Entry into the 3 stateroom, 2 head cabin through translucent door with galley up model, large wrap around settee/dinette forward for maximum usage of space. Dinette table holds out both sides to allow many guests to eat together. Galley up with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, large stainless sink and abundant storage above & below. There are 2 companionway entry's to the starboard cabins down 3 steps. Guest stateroom forward with standard forward vee berth, chest freezer, guest head, Nav/chart table. Second companionway entry has quick access  to aft quest stateroom with double berth. The master stateroom is located to port side aft, down 3 steps with captain's quarters to aft with double berth, hanging clothes locker. Large dresser style counter with vanity. Separate enclosed private head with separate shower stall. Work shop forward in the port bow. Plenty of storage throughout for long distance cruising or live aboard. Head room in the cabin salon is 6' 6" range.

(2) Wilcox marine heads with (20 6 gal waste tanks & (2) manual discharge pumps. Topside deck waste removal capable also.
