Van De Stadt 36 - Price just reduced

A Van de Stadt Seal 36 built in 1990. They are very robust sea going yachts of steel construction built to a Van de Stadt design.  A capable and comfortable ocean yacht offering excellent offshore and cruising ability for the whole family. Still in the original ownership since new and has been cruised extensively and maintained meticulously throughout her life. This is ridiculously cheap for such a well found vessel. Her condition is virtually "sail away" - she is NOT a project. Fully insulated hull with proper central heating system, so perfect for Arctic cruising!

Built in 1990 by Bodmin Marine Steelcraft Ltd by John Van Der Veer.  

Steel hull with steel deck and encapsulated lead keel. 
All steel work to British Standard 43A quality. 
The hull steel work was grit blasted to Swedish standard SA0.5 and epoxy coated below and below the waterline. 
316 stainless steel plating has been used for mounting all hatches and areas of heavy usage with galvanised steel toe rails. 

The interior is fitted with Douglas fir frames, ply bulkheads and solid mahogany
Teak cockpit seats and floor. 

Half length keel
Skeg hung rudder. 
Whitlock cable wheel steering.  
Emergency tiller.
