This 2101 is a good family boat that will allow you to fish, ski or just enjoy the day on the water near shore, in a bay, on a river, or on a lake. This boat has an impressive sized head in the port console that an adult can actually fit in, high interior freeboard for fishing and for keeping the crew safely onboard, and 105 gallons fuel capacity to take you just about anywhere without plotting fuel stops along the way. She looks like a bowrider ski boat, but is a fishing rig at heart. The bow of the 2101 Dual Console sports pull-up cleats that are more aesthetically pleasing, and much better at not tangling the lines on a fishing boat. Also more reminiscent of a fishing rig is the integrated bow pulpit with standard anchor roller and line locker. Rails are recessed also to keep the gunwales line-friendly. Seating is 30 oz. marine grade UV protected vinyl that is easy to clean and seems pretty kid friendly. Cushions snap into place. The bench seats double as insulated lockers. 

The sport windshield is tempered glass ski boat style with a center pass-through. The sole locker has a macerator for easy clean up when used as a fish locker. The port console is a changing room that will surprise you with her size, and is also equipped with a porta-potti.

The helm is pretty well laid out with instruments and switches grouped together to the left side. The right side is inset and has a Garmin GPSmap. The footrest is perfectly angled at the right height for even taller persons.

This model has a sleeper seat for the port/companion seat that folds flat when needed. Cockpit depth is better than average, especially for a runabout style, at 25 ½”. You’ll be able to lean into the fish when you need to and this also provides extra safety for any little ones that might be on board. Rod racks are under the gunwales and rod holders are flush mounted in the top of the broad anti-skid surfaces on port and starboard. Jump seats are optional in both corners aft. There isn’t a transom door, but it is easy enough to swing a leg over the port side of the transom and get to the swim ladder. The center of the stern has a 30 gallon aerated livewell with high speed pickup. Under the corners of the stern are hatches for access to batteries, battery switches and fuel/water separator.
