40’ Silverton Aft Cabin - “Not Too Shabby” Just Reduced "Not Too Shabby" is a very clean Motoryacht with tons of room. She has been very well maintained by her present owner and has a very popular layout. She is powered by twin 454 Crusader's with only 1011 hours. Super quiet Kohler 7.5 kw generator. Full bridge enclosure and much more.

Accommodations: Layout Sleeps 8 owners and guests in a forward V-berth, aft stateroom, convertible dinette and a convertible settee in the salon. The V-berth is forward followed aft to starboard by the dinette and aft to port by the second head and then the galley area. Up a couple of steps to the salon area with a L-shaped settee to port and then down to the master stateroom with a centerline queen bed. The master head is aft and to starboard. Both heads on the boat have separate stall showers.
