Auxiliary Ketch designed and built in South Africa by Jim Dewar. A sturdy off-shore cruiser built of Fiberglass with deck stepped aluminum main and mizzen masts and an auxiliary Perkins, 75 hp diesel engine. Forward stateroom has a large V-berth with ensuite marine toilet and shower, main salon includes oval shaped settee to port,dinette table and settee to starboard with storage below. The galley is to port and aft of the saloon. Engine and companionway are on centerline with a walk-thru cabin with two single berths on starboard. Through this cabin you enter the very large aft cabin with a single berth to starboard and a double to port. There is an en-suite marine head and shower for the aft cabin. The vessel will accommodate the cruising family with ability and interest in doing blue water cruising.

Furthest forward is the chain locker followed by a stateroom with a very large V-berth with storage below. Moving aft to port is a marine head with manual toilet, integrated sink and shower. Directly across to starboard is a double door closet. Continuing aft through a door to the main salon is an oval shaped settee to port, dinette table on centerline and directly accross to starboard is a settee with storage below. Ample storage in lockers and bins in the salon area. Continuing aft to port is a sea-going galley with a 2 burner marine stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer and double stainless steel sinks, with adequate storage and work surfaces. Continuing aft to starboard is the navigation station with seating, instruments and electrical panel. Aft of the navigation station through a door?is a cabin with single berths to centerline and starboard with storage below and?further aft through?this cabin is a large stateroom?with a single berth to port and a double berth to starboard. Ensuite to this large cabin is a marine head with manual toilet, integrated sink and shower. In the salon is a centerline companionway leading to the sailing cockpit. The engine is located under the stairway with adequate access and insulation. Fresh water is provided by 12 volt and manual pumps, hot water is provided by a 110v electric heater or engine circulated heat.
