ENGINE:                                            Twin 100 hp Mitsubishi Diesel engines with outdrives.  100 gallon fuel tank.  Alternator charging to 4 x 200 Amp 12v batteries.   Cruising speed under engine is around 12 knots, max is 14 knots.  Engine thought to be about 14 years old.  Trim tabs.  2 x reconditioned Volvo Penta 280 legs.

FUEL & WATER:                          Fuel capacity  100 gallons

Freshwater     50 gallons

DECK GEAR:                              Stainless steel pulpit and rails, cockpit canopy, wheel steering, davits, anchor with chain, 6 fenders.

SAFETY GEAR:                           Fire extinguisher, electric bilge pump.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:        Garmin Fish-finder 50, Cobra VHF radio, FM/AM radio, clock and barometer, navigation lights.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT:            Diesel central heating system.   240v ringmain.  80 Watt solar panel.  Her galley has a gas hob with 2 burners, oven, 2 x fridges, microwave, pressurized hot and cold water supply to sink, hot water is via engine calorifier.   Electric toilet in separate heads.  Blue velour upholstery with curtains and carpets.

ACCOMMODATION:                        4/5 berths in 2 cabins including double “V” berth in fore-peak.

REMARKS:                                “Miss Kimburgh” was purchased by her current owner 3 years ago.  During this time her 12v and 240v system has been replaced, her inboard petrol engines have been replaced with 2 Mitsubishi diesels and her interior has been refurbished.
