"Hypnotically beautiful" is how Phil Bolger described L. Francis Herreshoff's legendary Rozinante. He also noted her "thoroughbred manners;" she sails as well as she looks. This example of the celebrated canoe yawl was built for the designer himself, and is thoroughly authentic, down to the small details. Constructed by the respected Lie-Nielsen yard in Rockland, Maine, she has been well cared-for by a succession of owners. A wonderful daysailer, this extremely simple boat is also surprisingly commodious for a single-hander or a couple who enjoy coastal cruising. The current owner is very keen to sell this summer.
