Handy Billy Launch - GOOSE

Since it's introduction, the Handy Billy has been regarded as an instant classic (see Wooden Boat #159, 160, 161). Designed by Harry Bryan of New Brunswick based on the early 1900's designs of William Hand, the boat has the elegant lines of an antique launch but is powered by a fuel-efficient four stroke 25 HP Honda engine installed in a sound-insulated compartment in the transom. She cruises at 14 knots and is remarkable quiet and exceptionally seaworthy. GOOSE was built in 2002 by legendary wooden boat builder Eric Dow of Brooklin, ME and has been maintained in Bristol Fashion.

Complete with Dodger and bronze hardware from cleats to running lights.  Honda 25 serviced last fall.
