This Broom Cruising Motor Yacht was originally supplied and commissioned in August 2000.  It offers 6 berths in 3 cabins, a large saloon, galley and 2 heads. Powered by Twin Yanmar 4LHA-DTE 190hp Diesel Engines. This particular boat has a high level of equipment, new Vitesse 4 kva generator, all upholstery, carpets & curtains replaced. Annual Maintenance including full engine servicing, re anti-fouling, hull and superstructure compound & polished in December 2013.

Accommodation

Access to this boat is either via steps on the starboard side of the transom into the cockpit or via a side opening sliding door on the port side into the saloon.

The Flybridge cockpit provides excellent all round vision from the helm.  There is a double helm bench seat with a reversible back rest, additional passenger seats on both the port and starboard sides in addition to an aft bench seat.  The cockpit also has a fixed cockpit table with folding leafs and full canvas enclosure covers.

This particular boat also has a hinged radar arch with stainless steel hinges and supporting gas struts reducing the total air draft to TBC 

The radar arch also has two LED down-lights which illuminate the entire Flybridge Area. The Flybridge has a full blue canvas enclosure cover and there is a new vertical canvas curtain with a clear window and zipped doorway access currently being manufactured to fit on the back of the radar arch providing a partial enclosure.

The companionway door is a clear acrylic curved door on the port side of the cockpit with steps leading into the saloon.  On the starboard side is U shaped seating with a free standing table with folding leafs.  This area can also be converted into a double berth for occasional use.

Opposite the seating area are a number of storage cupboards including one for bottle and glasses. There is also an opening sliding door with two steps which leads directly onto the side decks.

The upholstery is finished in a dark blue fabric, blue carpets throughout and the joinery is finished in Mahogany.  Webasto Cabin Heating throughout.

There are also 2 single 13amp sockets located in the saloon.

Moving forward this boat has a stepped down galley which is U shaped on the starboard side.  The galley is equipped with an Avonite work surface, a one and a half stainless steel sink with a mono-bloc mixed single chrome tap & chopping board, a Sharp Microwave Oven, Eno Three Burner Gas Hob, a Double Vanette GG 7000 Oven / Grill, Fridge with an Ice Box, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket and ample Storage Cupboards. The Genset Controls, Water Tank Gauge & Two 13amp Double Sockets are also located in this area.

Opposite the galley on the port side there is a heads equipped with an Avonite surface with a sink, a manual flush fresh water toilet, wall mirror and storage cupboard.

The forward  Cabin has a Vee berth with an infill cushion to make a double berth, there are two storage wardrobes, an additional cupboard and a roof deck hatch for ventilation.

Access to the aft owner's cabin is from the saloon on the port side which is stepped down.  There is an island double berth, an escape transom hatch, a side opening window, 2 hanging cupboards, 2 shelf cupboards, 2 drawers, 3 over head down lights, a mirror, a single 13amp socket and access to the main switch panel. 

This cabin also has its own en-suite equipped with an Avonite surface with a sink, over head light, storage cupboard, towel holder, side opening window, electric quiet flush toilet and a full size separate shower area.

Both heads are connected to a holding tank with a deck / sea discharge.  There is also a new hot water calorifier, a pressurized water system with a fresh water tank containing 364 Ltrs / 88 Gallons..
