 Here is an outstanding opportunity to purchase a well-found, rare 3 SR/3 Head 2005 Beneteau shallow draft 473 in great condition! This outstanding example of the best selling Beneteau 473 is a very comfortable performance oriented cruiser that will take you where you want in safety and comfort. Rarely available, this 3 SR/3 Head Beneteau 473 provides the most space and options that can be found in a performance oriented 47' sailing yacht.   With her generous 14'2" beam and outstanding 6'8" headroom,  the 473 interior is exceptionally light and bright due to all of the ports, hatches and skylights letting the sunshine in!  The elegant cherrywood interior is complemented by the elegant and practical composite teak & holly sole. 

Forward, the master stateroom, features a centerline queen berth with an additional settee, generous hanging locker, shelves, drawers and storage compartments to accommodate all of your clothing and accessories. This berth, along with the two guest berths, features an additional memory foam mattress for comfort. There are 3 opening hatches, all fitted with Oceanair darkening shades.  There are also custom black out inserts for the ports to facilitate a dark sleeping area.  The ensuite head has a large separate shower stall. 

Aft to port, the galley runs the entire length of the salon and has a tremendous amount of cabinet and storage space as well as yards of counter space.  Top loading freezer compartment with Frigicold Holding Plate system works very well, front loading separate refrigerator compartment works off the same holding plate system, 3-burner propane stove with oven and double stainless steel sink and there is a built-in dish rack under a removable countertop piece behind the sink.

To starboard, the large U-shaped settee with expandable leaf table, provides a comfortable seating area with an additional bench amidships that easily seats 6 for dinner.  There is a lot of storage under and behind the settee as well as a liquor storage cabinet.  4 opening hatches and 4 opening ports provide very comfortable ventilation. All opening hatches throughout are fitted with Oceanair shades.

Aft of the settee to starboard is a very functional navigation station with electronics and chart storage space. Still further aft is the starboard guest head w/shower and starboard guest cabin with full size berth, hanging locker and plenty of storage. To Port lies a mirror image stateroom and head w/shower. 

The engine compartment is amidships, provides excellent access to the spotless engine and battery compartments.

Up the companionway steps to the generous cockpit, folding cockpit table, walkthrough passage between the twin steering wheels to the swim platform with hot/cold shower, either side of the cockpit has large very accessible storage areas, aft are 2 large deep lazarrette compartments with the 2 bottle LP gas storage compartment to port.  All sail controls lead aft with stoppers for easy sail handling.
