This yard has an excellent reputation for building Lemsteraken and can boast a rich tradition. The boat is in good condition and has always stood indoors during winter. The Lemsteraak is a famous and seaworthy Dutch traditional yacht. The lines derive from fishing boats that sailed on the waters surrounding the Netherlands. With the flat bottom, she is very suitable for beaching, e.g. in the "Waddenzee". The Royal family owns a lemsteraak, "de Groene Draeck", by the same designer.
The interior can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. In the salon around the big table, but of course also in the sleeping cabins. There is one owners cabin with a double bed. Also, there are two and four bed cabins in the bow.
