Newport 27' Sloop

This is the traditional model with inboard diesel engine that has been converted from tiller to pedestal steering with stainless steel wheel. She is sloop rigged, with fin keel, spade rudder and deck stepped mast. Kept behind owner's home and is ready to sail.

This boat is spacious inside and out with 6'1" salon headroom. 

The forward V berth is 6'2" long with an overhead 23" X 23" hatch and hanging locker. To port is the enclosed head with Manual M.S.D., a round bronze framed "Port" mirror, Hand wand shower and round sink.

The salon has port and starboard settees. The starboard settee is 6'1" long.  The port settee is 6'5" long and pulls out to make a 42" wide berth.  On the portside bulkhead is mounted the pull-down dinette table.

Aft of the starboard settee is a 6'8" deep quarterberth.

The "L" shaped galley is at the aft portside.  Is is equipped with a rectangular stainless steel sink, two burner homestrand alcohol stove, elongated and deep ice box and manual water pressure.
