Brewer Ketch - Beautiful-Strong-Comfortable

OWNER WANTS AND NEEDS HER SOLD.

The Brewer 44 Ketch is a world voyager of stoutest making. The two stateroom, two head layout is more than suitable as a long term liveaboard, and there is more than enough storage to provision for long periods of time at sea. She is roomy, comfortable and surprisingly easy to sail. The designer, Ted Brewer, is well known for his ocean going designs and the Brewer 44 is at the heart of it. This Brewer 44 was built by Ft. Myers Yacht & Shipbuilding.

Here is the story behind our Brewer 44 offering, Dragon Lady as she is called. This sweet couple came to us with the dream of sailing, like so many of us have. They were originally looking for a different boat, but we directed them toward this particular boat because it was a perfect match. They were quickly persuaded by us that this boat would be perfect for their sailing dream. They set out and immediately down the Eastern shore and invested in some awesome upgrades, like a generator and air conditioning. Many other investments and upgrades were made and then, finally, they headed down to the Caribbean. They spent their days sailing, doing their own boat improvements on the boat, dining in the cockpit and just enjoying the Caribbean life. But, as can unfortunately happen, life’s unexpected challenges got in the way and the owner now needs to sell.

This really is a wonderful boat that is a great liveaboard and cruising platform. She is a proven passage maker.
