Hunter 45 Legend - Generator & Air Conditioning

MAGIC comes to the market with most everything you'll need to take off for the islands or just use as a comfortable live-aboard, including a newer 2008 75hp Yanmar diesel with just 836 hours of running time. There's also an 8.5 kilowatt diesel generator with just 687 hours of running time, and two big marine air conditioners, rated at 16,000 and 12,000 Btu. Her owners re-upholstered her interior settees, added a new Garmin autopilot and Garmin color GPS chartplotter in 2013, installed a new aluminum fuel tank and electric windlass in 2013, a new hot water heater in 2014, and finished off with fresh bottom paint in February of 2015. Her sails are in good condition, she has two solar panels, and will convey with a 9'8" Achilles dinghy and an array of cruising gear, including diesel fuel cans, cruising books, and life vests. MAGIC is now out of the water and stored on land where she is available for inspection.

Hunter laid out the Legend 45 with an eye toward making both the forward and aft cabins self-contained, as well as private. The forward cabin has a wide pullman-style berth to starboard, with a head and shower in the forepeak, as well as a vanity, seating, and a desk. Moving aft, the salon has facing settees, with a dinette that drops to make a double berth in conjunction with the starboard settee. There's a large nav station to port, with an L-shaped galley to starboard. The owner's suite aft features a queen size double berth with head and shower. Cabin headroom: 6'6".
