The Tolly 45 has a classic tri-cabin layout which makes the best use of available space while providing a wonderful salon and galley and two private staterooms. 

The salon has large windows and nice ventilation.  She has an L-shape settee with built in double hide-away bed.  A high/low table can convert from cocktail size to a large fold out perfect for larger dinners.  Low breakfast counter is perfect for reading the paper or relaxing while looking through the forward windows.

Down a few steps is the U-shape galley directly under the large forward windows flooding it with light.  Opposite the galley on starboard is a dinette for four which can convert to a comfortable double at night.

The guest stateroom is forward with an in-suite private head.  The berth can be configured for two singles or with a filler for a large double.

Utilizing the full-beam aft area is the large master stateroom suite with a very nice private head and stall shower. 

Up a couple of steps is a large aft "sun deck" which is above the master.  The aft deck has a factory fiberglass side enclosures for privacy and security, the covered aft deck is large and wonderful for summer entertaining, yet is enclosed with hinged clear plex door ideal for 4-season cruising.
