Karl Vertens Gmbh Fly Bridge - Priced to sell!

A classic example of a twin engine fly bridge gentleman´s motor vessel which whilst built in 1974 was first commissioned in 1982.  This Karl Vertens GmbH Fly Bridge has been built from 20mm plywood on mahogany frames and a mahogany keel and provides a very spacious live aboard or small charter boat.

The boat underwent a major refit and upgrade of internal areas in 2011 and the present owner recently requested a complete survey of the boat and has rectified all the recommended items listed. The present owner will make this survey available to any serious buyer.

With summer on the doorstep this beautiful Karl Vertens GmbH Bridg is ready to be used and enjoyed by her new owner.

Located forward, is the Master Cabin which comprises a full double size bed, with walk around space on either side. The port side contains a sofa and storage and the starboard has a a bedside table with storage.  There are opening ports for good ventilation and over head reading lights. The en-suite bathroom includes a wash-basin, toilet and bidet.

To the aft there are two cabins.  A twin, with full length beds and storage is to the Port and the second on the Starboard has been converted into a study/utility room and includes a top loading washing machine.

The aft heads contain a full height shower with opening port hole. A separate washroom with vanity and electric toilet.

Crew quarters contain a separate head with electric wc, a settee, twin bunk beads and are accessed via the lazarette in the foredeck
