 Here's your chance to own a hard to come by, one owner, Standard Version Lagoon 410. The Standard Version is even more difficult to come by then the Owner's Version and is highly desired by cruising families and couples.

    Kitty was  purchased and delivered to her owner right at the factory in France. He then cruised the Med.  with his family before heading to the Caribbean where he cruised the islands. After the cruise he put her in light charter use, ( less then ten weeks a year).  After four years of charter she was brought out and surveyed for release. All the survey items were addressed and the owner continued to use her in the Caribbean.  Now the owner is moving on and it’s time to let the next  owner enjoy her. She is being hauled the first week of July and her bottom is getting new paint. The saildrives and engines will be serviced at this time also. At the same time, Kitty will be surveyed and the owner will address any issues that arise with the survey.

       The Lagoon 410 provides four cabins to accommodate family and guests plus two large heads with plenty of room for showering.  Or, if you're a family of four, there's a cabin for mom and dad, plus there's a cabin for each kid, with one cabin left for even more storage or guests! Speaking of storage, there's a multitude of storage aboard with four large hanging lockers along with shelf space and cubbies throughout the boat.

      For long term cruising and livaboard, there is a separate refrigerator and freezer space with enough capacity to rival those on 50 footer's. The cook will love the amount of counter space to prepare meals. With thirteen opening hatches and four opening ports, ventilation is never a problem on a Lagoon 410.

     Once outside the wide decks make it easy to go forward to lounge trampoline or work at the mast. The water tanks and anchor locker are at the center of the boat keeping that weight distributed as it should be. Back in the cockpit you'll find plenty of seating space for sundowners with friends at sunset. The raised helm station is situated in such a way as to be protected from the sun under the bimini if you wish and still be able to see all four corners of the boat. The davits for the dinghy are simple, strong and easy to operate.

      When sailing you'll find she's easy for a couple to handle and maneuver. You'll also notice that she is a little faster then a lot of production cats her size due to the engineering of her hull shape.
