Carroll Lowell

This is a rare turn-key Lowell designed Malcolm Thomas built boat that has been very well cared for by extremely knowledgeable mariner and mechanic. She has had minimal days fishing in the Massachusetts lobster fishery. Her work has been mostly research work with an A-frame on the open transom.
